Position Summary\:
The Busser at Cutthroats Saloon is responsible for supporting the food and beverage team by maintaining a clean dining area, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs. This highly visible role plays a key part in the overall guest experience and requires a professional and positive demeanor.
Responsibilities\:
Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings.
Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and additional items to guests as needed.
Stock service stations with clean glassware, silverware, and other necessary supplies.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Uphold Hyatt service standards and safety procedures at all times.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to support the team in all areas of the restaurant
