Position Summary\:
The Busser at Cutthroats Saloon is responsible for supporting the food and beverage team by maintaining a clean dining area, resetting tables, and assisting with guest needs. This highly visible role plays a key part in the overall guest experience and requires a professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities\:

• Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.

• Promptly clear and reset tables between guest seatings.

• Assist servers in delivering water, bread, and additional items to guests as needed.

• Stock service stations with clean glassware, silverware, and other necessary supplies.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Uphold Hyatt service standards and safety procedures at all times.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to support the team in all areas of the restaurant
