Part-Time Property Maintenance Worker Hartford, CT (30 hrs/week)

We are a growing property management company in Hartford, CT looking for a reliable and responsible Maintenance Worker to help keep our residential properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a part-time position (approx. 30 hours/week) with opportunity for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Clean common areas and exterior spaces
Put out and bring in garbage/recycling bins on schedule
Lawn care: mowing, trimming bushes, basic yard upkeep
Perform routine property checks
Handle small to medium maintenance and repair tasks (e.g. leaky faucets, broken locks, drywall patching, etc.)
Requirements:

Prior experience in maintenance or property care preferred
Must be reliable and able to work independently
Basic tools and a valid drivers license a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
Pay: Based on experience
