Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon check-outall while ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience that aligns with our high standards of hospitality.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

What You'll Do

  • Provide the critical first impression to our guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone daily

  • Check guests in and out using computer systems with accuracy and efficiency

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions confidently and correctly

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care

  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local dining, and attractions to assist guests

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Fundamentals

  • Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak fluently)

  • Comfortable using computers and software systems

  • Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds

  • Enjoy problem-solving and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Flexibility with schedule: hotel operates 24/7, so shifts may vary
