Job Summary:
As a member of the Goodstone team, you'll help create a refined yet welcoming experience for our guests. We are committed to excellence, and we encourage creativity, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a full range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, per recipes or guest preferences
- Create unique and innovative cocktails that align with seasonal menus and guest tastes.
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks
- Demonstrate knowledge of wine presentation, pairings, and service etiquette
- Manage bar cleanliness, restocking, and sanitation of tools and glassware
- Handle guest transactions, process payments, and manage bar tabs accurately
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and arms.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable climbing stairs and moving throughout the property
