Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness of the facility and daily upkeep of the public areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and clean all offices, hallways, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and client areas.
- Identify maintenance needs (lighting, repair needs) while completing regularly assigned duties and notify maintenance of such through use of Maintenance Request Form.
- Conduct inventory of all facility cleaning and paper supplies on at least a monthly basis. Notify appropriate personal of all restocking needs.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in working order at all times. Lock equipment away from client access when not in direct use. Keep equipment within eyesight and away from client access when in use.

Oak Plains Academy is a comprehensive and highly structured 98-bed residential treatment program offering psychiatric residential treatment services to children and adolescents, struggling with emotional and behavioral issues. Residents receive an individualized treatment plan, geared to meet their personal needs. A professional team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, nurses, and teachers serve hundreds of children and adolescents annually with the common goal of treating and healing trauma and building resiliency in the residents we serve. Located on 20 acres of rolling hills in a rural setting, about 45 minutes from Nashville, Tennessee, Oak Plains Academy campus features a full-size gymnasium, dining hall, separate academic building, and four dormitories. Our wooded campus provides an excellent opportunity for outdoor recreational activities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Reliable and Flexible Schedule
- Valid Driver License
