Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking concierge to join our team in Flushing, NY. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. Ideal candidates should be fluent in both English and Mandarin and have previous experience in a concierge or customer service role.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone

Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions

Manage scheduling, appointments, and other administrative tasks

Handle client requests with professionalism and courtesy

Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions

Requirements:
