LEAD Housekeeper - Luxury Homes - Full Time, $28/hr (Tues/Weds OFF!)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented leader to be our full-time Head Housekeeper for our 6 luxury Airbnb properties.
This is NOT your typical cleaning gig. You'll be the most important person on our team, making sure our large, beautiful homes are perfect for every guest. You'll work with a small team and have a set schedule every week.

THE JOB:
Clean and prep our large homes (4-7 bedrooms) for guest arrivals.
Lead our small team of part-time cleaners on our busiest days (Friday & Sunday).
Check everyone's work to make sure it's 5-star quality.
Keep all our homes stocked with supplies (we use an app to make ordering easy!).
Fix small things before they become big problems (change lightbulbs, touch up paint, etc.).
Work a set schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

YOU ARE:
Someone who LOVES cleaning and making things look perfect.
Super reliable and always on time. You're the person everyone can count on.
A leader who enjoys teaching others.
A problem-solver. You see what needs to be done and just do it.
Must have a car/truck to get between properties (we pay for your mileage).
Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps.
Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs (laundry, boxes of supplies).

THE DEAL:
PAY: Starting at $26 - $29 per hour. DOE.
HOURS: Guaranteed 40 hours/week. No slow weeks.
SCHEDULE: Thurs - Mon. Enjoy TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS OFF every week!
RESOURCES: We buy ALL supplies and equipment. You just show up and do great work.
