Job Description




Insight Global is seeking is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join an organization that is responsible for the analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents to help building owners and/or their designated representatives fulfill various laboratory requirements in inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) standards.

The Customer Service Associate responsible for all facets of customer service and responsibilities that support the testing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Send test reports to customers within specified timeline

Send invoices to customers within the specified timeline

Laminate and mail test tags

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, and follow up as needed

Answer questions received from customers through the chat function used on the Dyne website

Receive and process requests for sample kits from customers

Provide backup for inventory control and purchasing functions

Miscellaneous duties as requested by the customer service manager
