A Wendy's Crew Member isresponsible for providing quality food and service in a clean and safe environment, ensuring customer satisfaction.They handle customer orders, prepare food, maintain the restaurant's cleanliness, and follow company policies.Greeting customers warmly and taking orders, Answering questions about the menu and products, Handling payments and making change, Assisting customers with questions or complaints, and Suggesting additional items or promotions.
Food Preparation and Service:
Preparing food according to recipes and standards.
Serving drinks and desserts.
Ensuring food is properly wrapped and packaged.
Maintaining food quality and safety standards.
Using general restaurant equipment like a fryer, grill, and slicer.
Restaurant Operations and Cleanliness:
Maintaining a clean and organized dining and serving area.
Stocking supplies and replenishing items as needed.
Cleaning tables, counters, and other surfaces.
Ensuring the restaurant follows safety and sanitation guidelines.
