Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Large House Collecting Dust

This is my dads house. He is very hesitant about letting others come to clean but I think I have him convinced to have someone come once a month for a reset. He lives half the time in PA and doesn't do the necessary upkeep on such a big house for one person. Most of the rooms are rarely used, so it's mostly dusting and vacuuming. This is my dads house.
