At Douglas J Institutes & Salons we are seeking a Guest Services Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible. About the position: We're seeking a Guest Services Associate who enjoys making our guests' day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests' experience by: Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s) Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the day Assisting with retail recommendations and purchases Performing Aveda Rituals of Renewal, such as the hand and arm massage Qualifications What we're looking for: Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Typical shift is 8-hours.
