Manhattan ave near Cerrillos rd compensation: $20-$30/hr + DOE Title: Event Servers / Food Prep / Cleanup Crew (Wedding Weekend - 3 Events) Location: Santa Fe Jewish Center Dates Needed: Friday, August 29 - Evening (Friday Night Dinner) Saturday, August 30 - Lunch (Shabbat Lunch) Sunday, August 31 - Afternoon to Evening (Wedding Reception) Overview: We are seeking reliable, professional, and friendly individuals to assist with food prep, plating, serving, and cleanup for a weekend of events leading up to and including a wedding celebration. Food will be prepared in advance and provided by the venue; your role will be service support. Responsibilities: Friday Night Dinner (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Assist with basic food prep, warming, and setup Plate and serve meals to seated guests (approx. 60 people) Refill water Bus tables and manage dishes General cleanup and resetting space for next day Saturday Lunch (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM): Buffet-style setup and light food prep Serve or restock buffet as needed Clear plates, manage dishes Cleanup, trash removal, reset venue for Sunday Sunday Wedding Reception (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM): Set tables, prep reception space Plate and serve pre-catered food (plated dinner or buffet) Refill drinks, bus tables, assist with cake cutting service End-of-night cleanup: trash, floors, dishwashing, packing leftovers Who We're Looking For: Experience with banquets, catering, or hospitality preferred Comfortable with physical tasks (carrying trays, lifting light items, standing for long hours) Professional appearance and demeanor Punctual and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Respectful of a Jewish venue (modest dress, no outside food, etc.) Time Commitment (Approximate): Friday: 5 hours Saturday: 5 hours Sunday: 8 hours Let us know if you're only available for one or two of the shifts.
