External Description Str : The Sr. Advisory Concierge Specialist plays a critical role in leading advisors and driving the growth and continuity of Cetera's advisory business. The senior position offers advanced subject matter expertise across multiple platforms, as well as advanced investment consulting/sales, and client case consultation. They engage at a deep level to ensure a seamless advisor white-glove experience by proactively managing complex issue resolution, tailored proposal strategies, and in-depth client case design for $1mm - $5mm cases. The Sr. Specialist also acts as a senior escalation point, RGT engagement support, opportunity team lead for HNW cases, and frontline advocate for Cetera's advisory experience and results from growth-minded ensemble firms and enterprises. This is a hybrid role, candidates must be near an office hub: El Segundo, CA | San Diego, CA | Dallas, TX | St Cloud, MN | Des Moines, IA What you will do: - Complex Case Ownership and Resource Navigation: Serves as the primary point of contact for advanced triage management of client cases, case support, and end client experience. Collaborate with advisors in to overcoming sales challenges and opportunities - across their sales operations, strategy and investment philosophy alignment, and seamless execution. - Strategic Opportunity Identification: Identify and surface advisory sales opportunities and partner closely with Advisory Concierge Team, Sales Enablement/Strategy & Implementation, and Execution. - Proposal Development and Presentation Support: Design and deliver professional, customized proposals, to financial advisors, driving case success and advisory adoption. - Take inbound lead generation for advisory-specific inquiries from internal and external sources, working toward first-hand resolution and/or directing issues to the appropriate resources. - Pipeline Building & Sales Funnel Advancement: Identify opportunities and advance referrals to Advisory Consultants and Regional Growth Teams through the discovery process and case triage management. - Sales Enablement Large Firm/Enterprise Support: Responsible for supporting key advisory business growth or transition points for a financial advisor whose business plan execution requires a lot of internal team or end-client action(s). Required qualification: - Bachelor's Degree - 6 + Years Sales Consulting, Sales Support, or Case Design - Strong Communication (Verbal & Written) & Customer Support Skills - Proven Track Record of Attention to Detail & Excellent Customer Service - FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) - CIMA, CFP or other major designation preferred Travel: - Up to 10% to provide face-to-face specialized support to Advisors, attend conferences and/or in-field business development events Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 and a generous incentive compensation package. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. #LI-Hybrid
