Key Responsibilities:

Bartending:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Follow recipes and portion controls for all beverages

Check guests' identification to verify legal drinking age

Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately

Serving:

Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and courteous manner

Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or issues

Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area
