We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Mechanics to join our team, supporting the maintenance and operations of Peanut Shelling Operations and Buying Points. This role offers a structured career path starting from entry-level positions to advanced roles with increasing responsibilities and skill requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform a variety of maintenance and operational duties in Peanut Shelling Operations and Buying Points.
+ Conduct machine troubleshooting and independent repairs.
+ Develop and apply fabrication and welding skills.
+ Demonstrate advanced electrical skills, including instrumentation and programming.
+ Direct other maintenance employees in the absence of a maintenance manager or supervisor.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical components.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat and cold.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift experience is preferred for Tech I, required for Tech II-IV.
+ Experience working in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
