Job Details Frankies Spuntino Group seeks a detail oriented Host to join our team.We're seeking team players with outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both guests and our community.
You will be responsible for:
- Warmly welcoming all guests upon arrival and sincerely thanking them upon departure
- Prioritizing and promptly seating guests with reservations
- Managing walk-in traffic efficiently and maintaining an accurate waitlist when necessary
- Clearly and courteously updating guests on their table status and estimated wait times
- Maintaining a well-organized dining area by promptly and thoughtfully seating guests
- Maintaining consistent professional and warm guest communications at all times
- Coordinating effectively with the service team and management to support smooth operations
- Answering phones during service hours and offering helpful, accurate information to callers
- Keeping the host stand, entry area, and tables clean, tidy, and presentable throughout service
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2+ years front of house experience in a high-volume restaurant
- A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
- A strong working knowledge of Open Table
- Flexible work schedule: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
- The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 30lbs
- Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
