As the first point of contact for guests at Cutthroats Saloon, Greeters create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Position Summary\:
The Greeter is responsible for welcoming guests, managing the flow of the dining room, and supporting the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations. This highly visible role requires a warm, professional demeanor and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities\:
Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and waitlists using the seating system
Communicate accurate wait times and accommodate guest preferences when possible
Escort guests to tables and present menus
Answer guest inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and property offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
Collaborate with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure seamless service
Previous customer service or host/greeter experience preferred but not required
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
