Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor to join our team in Nicholasville. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the facility. Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
  
  
• Must be reliable and able to work independently
  
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  
  
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  
  

salary: $15 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other public areas
  
  
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
  
  
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
  
  
• Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
  
  
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  
  
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, and switches
  
  
• Report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures, etc.) to supervisor
  
  
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  
  
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
  
  
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain janitorial closets
  
  
• Ensure all assigned areas are neat, clean, and organized
