Join a Rapidly Growing Hospitality Group in NYC A well-established, multi-location restaurant group in New York City is seeking a Rotating Chef de Cuisine to support culinary operations across multiple high-volume restaurant locations. With continued expansion and multiple new openings on the horizon, this is a rare opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in the local dining scene.

About the Role

This is a very hands-on, dynamic position perfect for a chef who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The Rotating Chef de Cuisine will play a critical role in maintaining brand standards, training teams, supporting daily BOH operations, and helping roll out new menu items and kitchen systems.

Youll work closely with the groups Corporate Executive Chef and ownership team to ensure operational consistency, excellence, and innovation across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate weekly between multiple NYC restaurant locations

  • Maintain culinary standards and brand consistency

  • Support and train BOH teams

  • Assist with implementation of new systems and menus

  • Ensure quality control and operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate
  • Strong background in high-volume kitchens

  • Expertise in classic American or New American cuisine

  • Natural leader who thrives in hands-on environments

  • Excellent communication and training skills

  • Flexible, organized, and calm under pressure
