F&B 575 LLC at Aman New York is hiring for Arva & Nama.

Arva draws its name from the Latin word for cultivated land. Arva pays homage to Italys rustic, cucina del raccolto tradition, creating heart-warming dishes using the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from local farms and fresh from the ocean.

Arva is hosting an Open Call for the following positions:

- Hosts (must have full availability)
- Maitre d'
- AM Servers
- AM Server Assistants
- Baristas
- Bartenders
- Barback
- Sommelier
- In-Room Dining Server (must have full availability)
- Commis
- Chef de Partie Pasta
- Pastry Cook

Bringing Amans eastern roots to one of the Wests greatest cities, Nama celebrates the Japanese washoku dining tradition with authentic, uncomplicated and elegant dishes that champion the worlds finest produce.

Nama is hosting an Open Call for:

- Host
- Sushi Chef de Partie

*Candidates must be able to work weekends. AM shifts start at 6:30am.
