Runner/Busser - Chavela's - Cocina Mexicana

Hola!

Chavela's is a very busy neighborhood restaurant in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. We are looking for an experienced Busser/Runner to join our team. About 4 shifts per week, including weekends (Sunday availability a must).

FOOD RUNNER/BUSSER:
Able to work in FAST environment
Set up station for service
Check the quality of plate presentation
Carry Multiple Plates
Deliver food to guests
Communicate with staff regarding guest requests
Ensure all dishes match the tickets, including modifiers and special requests
Deliver food to guests
