Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Meeting Coordination & Event Preparation: Securing Meeting Rooms: Book and conduct physical checks for appropriate locations, ensuring the meeting space meets size and logistical requirements
Event Signage: Customize signage using Lighthouse templates, coordinating with the internal print department, and setting up signage in designated areas
Customer Onsite Experience Support:
Customer Registration: Manage visitor registrations for customers attending meetings on campus
Meet & Greet: Welcome customers upon arrival and escort them to meeting rooms, fostering a professional, polished first impression
Meeting Room Setup: Guarantee that reserved rooms are clean, adequately seated, and prepared prior to customers arriving. Ensure Zoom recordings are set up and functioning for meetings
Coffee Runs & Catering: Deliver refreshments, coordinate meal catering (internal/external), and provide exceptional hospitality throughout customers' onsite visits
Swag Bags & Delighters: Prepare customized customer swag and delighter gift bags to enhance their onsite experience
Customer Engagement Support: Campus Tours: Facilitate guided tours of the campus, showcasing key highlights and providing an immersive customer experience
Customer Photos: Capture live-action photos of leader meetings and campus tours. Ensure photos are accurately uploaded to the Lighthouse shared drive for weekly communication deadlines
Administrative & Program Support: Backup Coverage and administrative assistance for leaders and program, including VP calendar management. Assist with special assignments related to the Lighthouse Program as needed
