• Days Off: Monday and Tuesday
• Compensation: $30.98 $41.31/hour, based on experience

What Youll Do

• Greet and engage guests, residents, or clients with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness
• Respond promptly to requests for reservations, transportation, events, and personalized experiences
• Offer tailored, insider recommendations from standout local eats to under-the-radar art galleries
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with discretion, speed, and accuracy
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Support daily operations including guest logistics, amenity bookings, package handling, and special projects
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished lobby or front-of-house environment

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in concierge, guest services, or luxury client support
• A genuine passion for hospitality and personalized service
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with local dining, culture, and entertainmentor an eagerness to learn
• Proficiency with booking platforms, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
