Job Description:

SCOPE: Responsible for greeting and assisting all patients & guests in the atrium lobby area.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Greets all patients & guests as they enter the Cancer Center
2. Assists patients requiring additional help by researching appointment information & guiding them accordingly
3. Assists all Conference Center guests to appropriate location based on schedule
4. Perform light clerical duties as directed by G&VS Manager
5. Acts as back up to mailroom staff in operating entry gate

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of customer service experience required.

Healthcare customer service experience highly preferred.
Must possess strong communication skills
Must have ability to multitask
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
