Were a kind-hearted couple who travel a lot and need a proactive, trustworthy, detail-loving person to help keep life flowing smoothly in our Santa Monica home. If youre highly organized, reliable, and have a can-do attitude, this could be a dream rolewith great pay, beautiful surroundings, and variety every day.
Youll be based in a calm, sun-filled, ocean-view 3BR condo near Shutters. Were gone half the year, so this is ideal for someone who loves independence and can take initiative while keeping things top-notch.
What Youll Be Doing:
Tidying up / light cleaning (or deep if you love thatwe have a maid too)
Keeping closets and drawers organized like a pro
Collecting mail, managing returns (especially Amazon)
Grocery shopping, Farmers Market runs, stocking the fridge
Loading / unloading the dishwasher
Booking appointments, coordinating errands (car wash, deliveries, etc.)
Working with our office assistant when needed
Helping prep the space for guests or possibly house-sitting while we travel
and about 20 other fun little things that pop up in our whirlwind life
If youre handy, artistic, or a great cookplease brag about it!
Were Looking For Someone Who:
Lives near Santa Monica (please dont commute from far away)
Has past domestic / assistant experience and loves organizing
Communicates clearly in English (both written + verbal)
Has a valid drivers license and clean record
Is upbeat, punctual, solution-oriented, and can handle the occasional curveball
Can manage a task list without babysitting
Works with honesty and integritywell return that energy tenfold
Bonus Points If You:
Are available 23 days/week (just a few hours at a time)
Have some weekend morning flexibility
Have an eye for aesthetics and enjoy keeping spaces looking stylish
