Barback for Distillery

Copper Shot is a popular and and growing distillery in Bastrop, TX. We have live music every weekend, events, plus a cigar lounge. We need a star barback to work EVERY WEEKEND. This is a fast paced and active job, so you must be able to move quickly, lift heavy objects, and be on your feet the entire shift. The following are some of the requirements:

-Be available to work every Friday 1-10 or 5-10 and every Saturday 1-10 (with break). There is the opportunity for more hours.

-Have reliable transportation

-Make sure bartenders (2) are fully stocked at all times through the night with ice, garnishes, etc.

-Collect and wash glasses continuously.

-Take out all trash

-Clean Restrooms

-Help clean bar at the end of the night

-Help with security

-Prefer someone over 18 who can cross train as a bartender to fill in sometimes

We are looking for someone who will grow with us. We are a very tight niche family that all works together to make Copper Shot a friendly and entertaining experience. We offer a fun environment and growth. Pay is hourly PLUS tips. We prefer industry experience but will train the right individual.

Pay: $10.00 - $25.58 per hour
