Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the kitchen and all food and beverage stations within the dining room.
ResponsibilitiesEnsures all food and beverage stations and areas are clean, and items are stocked, fresh, and presentable at all times. Ensures all kitchen and dining equipment are in clean and orderly condition. Washes worktables, walls, and refrigerators. Assists in washing dishes, pots, pans, and trays as directed by management. Transfers supplies between storage and work areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Must follow the manufacturers guidelines in working with cleaning agents within the food and beverage department.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred. Basic English reading, writing, and conversation skills. Must have speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to operate dishwashing machines. Willingness to work flexible schedules and hours, including nights, weekends, special events and holidays. Must follow safety guidelines and grooming standards. Able to maintain composure at times of high volume. Must obtain food handler card within 30 days of employment. Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency. Native American hiring preference applies.
