JOB DESCRIPTION*

- Job: Showroom Cleaner
- Wage: $19.00 per hour
- Location: Bridgeport Road and No. 5 Road, Richmond
- Schedule: Once a week on Saturday (start anytime between 10:30am - 1:30pm)
- Hours: 2 hours 30 min each session (2 hours 30 min per week)

- Delta Exterior Litter Pick Up
- Wage: $22.00 per hour
- Location: Beedie Way and Berg Road, Delta
- Schedule: Two times per month (Saturday or Sunday at anytime during the day)
- Hours: 3 hours per session (3 hours per week)

- Burnaby Exterior Litter Pick Up
- Wage: $22.00 per hour
- Location: N Fraser Way and Glenwood Dr, Burnaby
- Schedule: Two times per month (Saturday or Sunday at anytime during the day)
- Hours: 2 hours and 30 min per session (2 hours 30 min per week)

- Derwent Exterior Litter Pick Up
- Wage: $22.00 per hour
- Location: Derwent Way and Eaton Way, Delta
- Schedule: Once a week on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday at anytime during the day)
- Hours: 2 hours and 15 min per session (2 hours 15 min per week)

- Panorama Ridge Exterior Litter Pick Up
- Job: Exterior Litter Pick Up
- Wage: $22.00 per hour
- Location: 54A Ave and Panorama Dr, Surrey
- Schedule: Once a week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday anytime during the day)
- Hours: 2 hours and 15 minutes each session (2 hours 15 min each week)

- Job: Office Cleaner
- Wage: $21.00 per hour
- Location: 96 Ave and 194A Street
- Schedule: Wednesday (start time anytime between 7:00 am and 8:30 am)
- Hours: 2 hours each session (2 hours per week)

- Townsend Club House
- Job: Amenity Building Cleaner
- Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Location: Edmund Dr and Panorama Dr, Surrey
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday: Start at 6:45 am, Tuesday to Friday: Start anytime during the day)
- Hours: 2 hours each session (10 hours per week)

Mandatory qualifications:

- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors**

Preferred qualifications:

- You own and drive a vehicle
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Wipe, and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
