Position: Line Cook Shift: 11am-8pm, 5 Days/Week Pay Starting At: $20 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year Line Cook experience required
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, interpret recipes, and understand conversions required
  • Experience cooking in a Fine Dining Establishment Highly Preferred
  • Completion of High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

Essential Job Duties:

  • Prepares ingredients for entrees, sets up workstation, and cooks menu items according to the guest specification- while also meeting health/safety guidelines.
  • Prepares and serves various foods in assigned work situations including pantry, sauces, poultry, fish, and meat items.
  • Able to comfortably cook on various stations including fry, saute, grill, and oven.
  • Follows proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, materials, and equipment to avoid unnecessary expenses and food waste.
