AC133 - Part-Time Housekeeper - Boston, MA

A refined and well-traveled family of six, including four college-aged children, is seeking a year-round, part-time housekeeper to care for their two luxury secondary apartments at the Four Seasons in Boston. One residence comprises approximately 3,200 sq ft with three bedrooms, while the second spans 2,600 sq ft and includes 2 bedrooms. The general schedule will consist of 20 hours per week during the periods when the family is not in residence, with the schedule being flexible to accommodate the candidates responsibilities. When the family is in residence, the role will transfer into a full-time position 40+ hours per week, including weekend hours, typically from 10am to 6pm. Two days off during the week will be given; however, the days may not be consecutive. The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate the familys schedule, as times and duration of stay may vary. Responsibilities i nclude, but are not limited to:

• Always keeping the apartments organized and guest-ready

When the Family in Residence (Family has support staff)

• Morning housekeeping visits
• Daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen
• Making of beds and changing of linens
• Laundry and ironing
• Waste management and recycling

When the Family is Away

• One full day of housekeeping per week
• Deep cleaning of both apartments on a rotational basis
• Inspect and maintain general appliances and furnishings

Before Each Arrival

• Deep clean of both residences
• Pre-arrival preparations and setup
• Freshly laundered linens and beds made

After Each Departure:

• Thorough post-departure deep clean
• Full sanitation of bathrooms and any areas in need of attention
• Linens and laundry
• General reset of the home

• Discreet and professional
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Works intuitively and can read the room
• Excellent time management skills
• Calm, quiet, and friendly presence
• Knowledge of how to clean and care for various surfaces, such as marble, wood, and stone

The family is offering $40 to $50 per hour DOE, and the ability to accommodate the familys schedule, PTO, and some paid holidays.
