    What You'll Do:
    • Prepare and portion meals according to our rotating menus and recipes

    • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and consistency

    • Support kitchen prep, cooking, packing, and inventory tasks

    • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-style kitchen environment

    • Ensure timely completion of all orders for delivery

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a commercial kitchen

    • Strong knife skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines

    • Team player with a great attitude and reliability

    • Food Handlers Permit (or willingness to obtain)

The Prep Cook is a part-time position based in Long Island City.

You must work Sundays 9am-5pm and Monday 5am-2pm. If you are not available on Sundays and Mondays, please do not apply. We anticipate you will work at least 13 hours per week, subject to business needs.
