Eliza is a European and Thai-inflected bistro in midtown Kingston - a neighborhood restaurant and wine bar from the team behind Ollies High Falls, along with Ollies Slice Shop and Fletcher & Lu.

Drawing on the same farm friendly, reduce and reuse with a nod to the seasons ethos as their provisions shop next door, Eliza features a menu from chef Pruitt Kerdchoochuen that draws influence from local ingredients in their season as well as Thailand, Spain, France, Italy, and England. Intended to showcase her unfussy, seasonally driven approach, the restaurants wood burning grill is its central cooking method, using smoke to preserve the character of carefully sourced product. The menu is intended to equally suit a casual bite at the bar with a glass of wine, a weekday night out or celebratory occasion, with a bar program focusing on sustainably produced wines, variations on classic cocktails, and a curated selections of local and craft spirits, ciders, and beers.

Eliza is presently hiring for food runners. This position begins at $10.35 per hour + tips. Tips generally average to be another $15-$18/hour We are seeking kind individuals who are poised to deliver a high level of hospitality. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
