Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and Chef's guidelines
  • Maintain and organize station with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment
  • Complete daily inventories, checklists, and prep lists to ensure readiness for service
  • Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to prepare and execute Family Meal
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards set by Chef for consistent quality
  • Keep station fully stocked for service and next day's prep
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
  • Assist in overall kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout shift
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Chef
  • Uphold high standards for cleanliness and sanitation to achieve an A-grade from the Department of Health

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume pizza restaurant or similar setting
  • Positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and customers
  • Passion for pizza and commitment to cleanliness and organization
  • Strong knife skills for cutting and preparing ingredients
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately to Chef's standards
  • Proficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance
  • Clear and professional communication with team members
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Full-time availability with a flexible weekly schedule
  • Salary: $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
