• Deliver an exceptional and immersive dining experience while staying in character and keeping your cover.

• Memorize and master our menu of classified cocktails and globally inspired dishes to make personalized recommendations.

• Take accurate orders with stealth and precision, ensuring every detail is mission-perfect.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests quicklyno agent left behind.

• Work closely with fellow spies (hosts, bartenders, and kitchen crew) to ensure smooth, coordinated service.

• Handle payment transactions securelyyour guests secrets (and receipts) are safe with you.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient section, all while keeping your cool under pressure.

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• A fun, outgoing personality with the ability to interact confidently with guestsbonus points for improvisation or performance skills.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

• Team player attitude and the ability to think fast on your feet (especially when dealing with rogue agents or surprise birthdays).

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
