Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to support the front desk operations of a busy legal office. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule and the chance to work in a dynamic and professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and customer service skills, particularly in dealing with attorneys, clients, and executive-level guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests in a courteous, professional manner
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Prepare and serve coffee; monitor and restock coffee supplies
Assist with light mailroom duties as needed (no heavy lifting or extended standing)
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and office staff

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
3+ years of professional administrative or receptionist experience
Legal office or law firm experience highly preferred
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel required)
Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Comfortable with basic technical office equipment
