Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a passion for service and 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Process customer orders, track shipments, and update order status in ERP or CRM systems

Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, or billing

Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and documentation

Generate order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation as needed

Assist with customer account management and relationship development

Provide support for product availability, lead times, and technical specifications when appropriate

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, and sales)

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, production scheduling, or inventory systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
