Mama Luigi's Restaurant has been a staple of the Bridgeview community for over 70 years, and we are looking to add some new members to our family! We are looking for full time/part time servers. Experience not required. If you enjoy working in a friendly environment and giving great customer service, this is the job for you!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Dining Room Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner

Clear and reset tables between guests

Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous server or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
