Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional and welcoming demeanor
Open and close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day
Maintain conference rooms, book meetings, and assist with set up of A/V equipment and video conferences
Provide high-level administrative support and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a corporate office environment or strong hospitality experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Suite
Excellent customer service skills
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction
