Closed most Sundays & Mondays.

Hiring:
Server must be able work weekend nights & holidays and have reliable transportation.
Must possess professional interpersonal skills, a sense of humor, a fun personality, wine, spirits, food knowledge. Minimum 3 years upscale dining experience.
Candidate needs to be proficient within a week of hire.
Compensation is state minimum plus tips.

Runner must be able to work weekends & holidays. Have reliable transportation.
Must possess professional interpersonal skills & food knowledge. Minimum 3 years experience as a food runner.

Host must be able to work weekend & holidays. Have reliable transportation.
Must possess professional interpersonal skills, a sense of humor and a fun personality. Minimum 3 years experience as a host in busy establishment.
