Barback - South Bar & Kitchen

Responsibilities Keep the bar stocked with drinks, mixers, and supplies for bartenders. Prepare garnishes and set up stations before opening. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Assist bartenders during busy times by fetching ingredients and helping with drink preparation. Wash glassware and utensils as needed. Maintain bar equipment and report issues if they arise. Dispose of waste and keep the area tidy. Qualifications Strong organizational skills to manage the bar area efficiently, keeping supplies well-stocked and accessible. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipating the needs of bartenders and adapting to changing demands. Attention to detail in crafting cocktails and setting up the bar presentation according to established standards. Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to engage with both guests and fellow team members in a friendly and courteous manner. Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays. Stand and walk continuously throughout shift (up to 8 hours). Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (cases of liquor, kegs, ice bins). Bend, stoop, squat, and reach frequently. Push and pull carts and dollies. Working loud, crowded, and fast-paced bar environments.
