Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a creative Baker to join our dynamic team! As a Baker, you will be a key contributor to our culinary team, creating a wide range of delicious baked goods. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys the artistic side of baking, including decorating cakes, crafting pastries, and designing intricate showpieces. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of all products, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work environment.

• Execute scratch-baking of various breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and portion standards.
• Artistically plate and present finished products for a variety of dining and event venues.
• Showcase creativity by decorating cakes, pastries, and other confections.
• Construct elaborate decorative showpieces using ingredients such as chocolate and sugar.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Ensure the timely delivery of all food items.
• Uphold our core values by fostering a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe atmosphere (The Big Six).
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional baking experience or a related combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler's card.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
