Carvers on 19, our fine dining establishment on the top floor of the Hard Rock Hotel, is seeking a talented Mixologist/Bartender. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques, as well as a passion for creating innovative and classic cocktails. Additionally, they will excel in providing exceptional customer service and work seamlessly with the culinary and service teams to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
Craft and serve a wide range of handcrafted cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency with every pour.
Provide top-notch service, interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver a seamless and efficient service.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, venue history, and resort property.
4-5 years of prior experience as a full-service bartender or in an upscale bar setting; fine dining experience is a plus.
Strong mixology skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers.
Genuine enthusiasm for crafting exceptional beverages and creating innovative cocktails.
