Based at our Hideaway Bay site near Dover, our Net Cleaners are responsible for operating specialist equipment to target areas of our nets that need cleaning. This role follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off roster (Thursday to Wednesday), with shifts running from 4:00 PM to 3:21 AM.

The Role

• Maintain all net equipment to a high standard and work closely with other departments to optimise equipment that could affect net cleaning.
• Undertake function tests to increase efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate issues effectively in a timely manner.
• Show strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing and submitting net cleaning control forms.
