Housekeeping

Purpose

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in assigned areas while delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement, laundry, and inventory management of housewares.
• Load and unload washers and dryers; sort heavily soiled linens for alternate use.
• Fold and store linens and towels neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure quality service.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as light bulb cleaning and touch-up painting.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Record monthly linen inventory and notify supervisor of shortages or purchasing needs.
• Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests.
• Inspect units daily to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines including OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogens standards.
• Foster positive working relationships within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Timeshare or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining pace and accuracy.

Shift Details:

• Additional hours may be required to accommodate check-ins and check-outs.
