Lot cleaner/Porter needed (Hendersonville) compensation: $20 per hour/$80 per visit Now Hiring: Lot Cleaner / Porter (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Location: Commercial Property - Hendersonville Schedule: 4 hours of service on Tuesdays & Thursdays Time Frame: Any time between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Cleaner / Porter to maintain the cleanliness of a busy commercial center twice a week. Duties include: Picking up trash, leaves, and debris throughout the parking lot and landscaped areas Changing trash can liners in all exterior trash bins on the property Sending a message when you arrive on site Sending a message when you leave, along with before and after photos of the cleaning Reporting any maintenance issues or unusual activity observed on-site Pay: $20 per hour / $80 per visit Additional Opportunity: We also have a similar cleaning opportunity available in White house .
