This position is Monday: 7am-3pm and Tuesday - Friday: 3pm-11pm Job duties include: Drive to destinations and return to the hotel. Check and maintain fluid levels of the van. Wash and clean interior of van as needed. Communicate to supervisor any mechanical malfunctions of the van. General cleaning in lobby while waiting for scheduled van shuttles. All other duties as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Greet all patrons in a positive and friendly manner. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Required to possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Thorough knowledge of driving/roadway laws and regulations. Responsible for safe parking and retrieval of Guests' vehicles. Ability to operate vehicles with manual or automatic transmissions. Ensuring that all vehicles are checked for damage, ticketed, locked and keys returned to Valet Booth. Maintain security of vehicle keys in an orderly manner.
