Job DetailsMarlow East, a new modern American restaurant on the Upper East Side, is seeking a professional, and hospitality-driven Maitre D to join our team.
Our concept centers around modern American cuisine seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes served with warmth and intention. As Maitre D, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an elevated but approachable dining experience. Youll be responsible for managing the flow of service, coordinating reservations and seating, and supporting the front-of-house team in delivering thoughtful hospitality from the moment guests walk in.
Were looking for someone who is gracious under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. Experience in fine dining or a high-end, high-volume environment is strongly preferred.
Both Open Table and Resy experience required
Responsibilities include:
Warmly welcoming and engaging guests upon arrival
Managing reservations and guest flow with efficiency and precision
Supporting hosts and floor staff to ensure a smooth service
Handling guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care
Acting as a liaison between the dining room and management team
