Job Description: Model Home Cleaner

Reporting Relationship: VP Operations

Department: Shea Homes Houston

Location: Houston: Montgomery Area - Shea WoodHavyn and Wildtree communities

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary:

This position maintains the cleanliness of the construction site and completes minor punch-out under the supervision of the construction management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the job site.

• Responsible for the yard duties, including watering grass and pulling weeds.

• Responsible for completing punchout for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry and other similar tasks as assigned.

Knowledge / Experience:

Requires a minimum of one-year relevant construction assistant experience.

Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to work in multiple locations.

Requires ability to use basic hand tools

Skills / Abilities:

• Sound judgment and problem-solving skill.
