Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. (Last year over 1,100 staff members celebrated their fifth season or more at Deer Valley).

PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Deer Valley Club Guest Service Agent's main objective is to ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer the phones in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate

Schedule guest activities, create itineraries, and assist with guest and owner requests

Assist with carrying guest luggage, firewood, and packages

Create and distribute updated schedules of recreational activities, local events, restaurant hours, etc.

Proactively solve guest, owner, and employee problems with urgency, respect, and empathy

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Possess a valid Utah driver's license to operate company and owner vehicles in various weather conditions

Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Computer literate

Able to multitask and prioritize

PAY RATE:

Pay: $20.00 per hour
