DESCRIPTION

The Barista is responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by delivering fast, friendly service and consistent, high-quality products. This role involves performing all duties in accordance with company processes and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and connect with each customer.

Welcome questions and provide education on our products.

Suggestively sell add-on beverage features, gift cards, and merchandise.

Take orders, enter sales, and process payments promptly and courteously.

Manage cash drawer in accordance with established cash handling procedures.

Prepare all customer orders following recipe and aesthetic guidelines.

Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drinks upon delivery.

Operate and maintain the cleanliness of all store equipment.

Optimize workflow by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise.

Maintain cleanliness in coworker and customer areas.

Demonstrate genuine appreciation for each customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Passion for people and customer service.

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Commitment to mastering brand recipes and techniques.

Dependability and punctuality.

Energetic, adaptable, and flexible work style.

Quick learner with problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.

Previous Barista experience is a plus but not required - WE WILL INVEST IN TRAINING AMAZING PEOPLE!
